“Beau cadre et spacieux. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude et avons dû nous lavé avec l'eau froide. Dans la nuit le problème a été résolu. Pas d'instruction pour savoir comment rejoindre la réception à partir du combiné de chambre.”

“Breakfast area was not clean. Dirty dishes , no choice. Went to Tim Horton. No pressure on shower. Bad inconfortable matress.”

“Great location in the old town. Everything was much appreciated. We got some concerns : 1) check in 16.00 it’s really late (first time it happens) 2) not having the breakfast in the building it’s a minus from my prospective 3) MAIN : so many noises especially during the morning. Works outside start really early and the glass are soooo thin! Unfortunately always wake up with noises around 06.30am 4) no cleaning room - costs 9 5 dollars ”

“We had a nice one-night stay at Hotel Universel in Montreal. The location is great, with close proximity to several museums and attractions, which made it really convenient for a short trip. Walkable distance to the planetarium and biodome, which we visited. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. Ronflement, les alertes lorsqu'un message entrait sur le téléphone, toutes les conversations, la sonnerie du téléphone de la chambre ainsi que leur musique. Construction de très mauvaise qualité... Ou bien ne jamais prendre de chambre communicante. La fille travaillant au déjeuner est souriante et dévouée. Le gars à la réception de nuit a fait ce qu'il a pu pour faire diminuer le bruit...”
